At Elegant Reef, we are deeply committed to providing the highest quality aquarium service, expert care, and long-term support for your aquatic environment. We value the trust you’ve placed in our team and continue to take great pride in caring for your aquarium as if it were our own.
We’ve maintained our service rate of $85/hour since 2021, despite rising costs across the board; from fuel and vehicle maintenance to specialized equipment, water production, and labor. To continue delivering the level of service and reliability our clients expect, we will be adjusting our service structure effective May 1, 2026.
Updated Service Structure:
- Standard technician rate: $99/hour (rounded to the nearest 15 minutes)
- Minimum visit: 1 hour
- Priority service (within 24 hours): Additional $75 priority scheduling fee, plus standard rate, travel, and materials.
- Travel: $2 per mile (one-way from our shop)
