We are looking for a dependable, motivated Service Technician to join our aquarium maintenance team.
This is not a typical retail job. Our service team maintains aquariums in homes, offices, restaurants, and businesses across the area. One day you may be caring for a freshwater planted aquarium, and the next you may be servicing a large saltwater reef system.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable and shows up consistently
- Is comfortable working independently
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is professional in customers’ homes and businesses
- Is comfortable driving a company vehicle
- Can learn systems, procedures, and animal care
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to grow
Experience in aquarium service is a plus, but not required.
Backgrounds that may transfer well include:
- Pool service
- Maintenance or service industries
- Plumbing or filtration work
- Pet care or animal husbandry
- Route-based service work
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift buckets, equipment, and supplies
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
- Strong communication and time management skills
Aquarium hobby experience is helpful, but dependability and professionalism are more important to us than knowing every fish species on day one.
This position has room for growth for the right person.
