As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a healthy and vibrant aquatic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide expert advice on fish care, tank setup, and product selection
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with fish tank maintenance, including water changes and cleaning
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of tropical fish species, care requirements, and tank setups
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
