Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and service on aquariums, including water changes, filter cleaning, and equipment maintenance, to ensure optimal water quality and fish health.
- Diagnose and treat aquatic illness and disease, implementing appropriate treatment plans to restore the health of aquarium inhabitants.
- Conduct inspections of aquarium systems and equipment to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing their concerns, and offering expert advice on aquarium care and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, equipment inventory, and customer communication.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record and valid Texas Driver’s License required, as service vehicles will be provided for travel between client locations.
- Demonstrated experience in aquarium maintenance and service, including knowledge of water chemistry, filtration systems, and aquatic disease management.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Passion for aquatic life and a commitment to providing the highest standard of care to aquarium inhabitants.
